Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original protective packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@aatmadip.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and provide specific return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected in our studio, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@aatmadip.shop and we will resolve the issue immediately with an expedited replacement or full refund.
